Mrs. Maria Symeonides was a founding partner of MISnTED Ltd. and CYBER KIDS. Maria brought a most diverse scientific and professional background in the group. Before she joined Apple, she earned two Bachelor Degrees (a BS in Computer Science and an BA in Mathematics) and an MBA from San Francisco State University, an Associate degree in Fine Arts from the San Francisco City College, and many courses and seminars from Stanford University. Maria, being multi-talented, she served in multiple roles and in many ways could be considered as the heart of CYBER KIDS. For example, as Operations Manager she served was the backbone of the company and as Director of MISnTED Ltd she has been instrumental in taking the right decisions. But more importantly, as Senior Scientist of the Research & Development Unit of CYBER Kids and Senior Developer and Member of the Board of The Multimedia Factory she is credited for the great innovations in an award winning curriculum already developed in the 90s. Maria also played major roles in the development of the award winning Cyber Kids Curriculum, and also in the organisation of virtually all Innovation-Technology-Social Progress Fairs and Electronic Art Fairs.
