CYBER Interfranchise AE

CYBER Interfranchise AE was a company registered in Greece as part of an investment agreement with Cyprus Development Bank in 1996.

The company 1 million CY Pounds shares were distributed as follows:

• MISnTED Ltd. 51%
• Cyprus Development Bank 30%
• Other individual investors 19%

The shares were fully paid by all investors except the Cyprus Development Bank, who provided half of their committed capital in the form of a convertible loan that was agreed to be converted into shares later. The Bank has never fulfilled its contractual obligations.
